Before the Nightmare Comes

Always watch out the back
A day trip to the Great Ocean Road. 8 hours driving in a day, I felt lucky that I was not the one driving... I've got lots of nice landscape shots. They are nice probably just because the views are great, nothing to do with me. Besides, I found this shot up here is more interesting to look at (maybe just me). I like to play with light, reflections and angles, and they are all here.

It started.

Motions
Something I found in the backyard after dinner.
They look like the moving lights from a long exposure shot.
They are actually leaves or grasses with the shadows of blinds.
The honours year started.
These plants could be the potential 'raw' materials for my project.
I am doing something about papers by the way...

New Year 09
Fai chun, a piece of red paper with written greetings, which people usually put on the front doors in Chinese New Year. It's not Chinese New Year yet, but I still felt like to make one. It's a modern fai chun on the door of fridge.
This is the last thing of 2008 and the first thing of 2009 I did.
Paper cut, something I love.
Wish you can do something you love, too.

Don't Be Pathetic
Finally, I handed in my essay. It has been torturing me for a week.
This was not fun, seriously. After that, don't know why I felt sooooooo relax... even though I haven't done anything for the folio yet. Gosh......
Anyway, I can now fully work on my folio.
Light Reflection Practice no. 2
Since the weather was so nice today, I went out for a walk and practice my 'light reflection skill'. Well, these photos have nothing to do with the 'artificial' refletion tho... they're just something I found interesting while the reflection practice. Something abstract... The theme fits with one of the exhibition books I made Light & Shadow, but um... I got them done already, too late. Yea, the exhibition books have been done weeks ago, and I am quite happy with them. But I won't post the pictures for the finished books until the exhibition begins :p Wanna keep this suprise, so please check out our exhibition, details will be posted soon.

Need some sleeeeeep...zzzzz
I was worried that I have nothing to post when I was going through the snap shot file for this week, since it was the crazy assignment week. My sleeping time was insanely little. I was so like a panda... Luckily, I found something interesting...not many...but still...

Tuesday:Building E
I was wandering around and taking pictures of trash bins.

Friday: Building E again...
While helping Sakura pinning up the posters, we found this massive cage in front of the elevator. Not sure what's it for...but it's interesting.

Saturday: My bedroom
I found the double relfections on the wardrobe, it looks like wayfinding...
